Terre Linea Collection
Product Design
While studying abroad in Florence, Italy, I was tasked to create two products which turned into the Terre Linea Collection also known as the Earth Line containing four sub-collections, each collection exhibiting a different theme or emotion.

Ideation
Bench 1 with cushion seating that can be hidden for full wood. Additional storage available inside with wood panel top that opens at an angle. Medium grain wood for texture with added features for visual interest, and pop of color for seating element.
Bench 2 with contrasting dark wood and white acrylic/plastic drawers with no handles that require a push to open. Additional flip cushion in upper space for seating that can be hidden (like shown) or flipped (in concept 1). This configuration allows for two cushions on left and right, that can be used as seating.
Side table 1A simple decorative piece with one drawer and curved legs. Wood drawer with possible alternative stain than top. Legs in wood or possibly a type of metal with a simple drawer knob in the same material.
Side table 1B simple decorative piece with storage inside. Wood material with rounded brass legs. Storage door opens vertically or horizontally partially so when products are on table door can still open without moving products.
Bench 2 is a long cushioned seat in a vibrant color in possibly a leather, a wool blend, or velvet. Dark richer toned wood circular storage attached on either side of seating material that opens on a brass hinge. Wood legs in a even darker toned wood forming an upside down shaped L’.
